We’re so glad you’re here. These Terms & Conditions are simply here to ensure everything runs smoothly and that your chocolates arrive and are enjoyed at their very best. By placing an order with OSCAR, you agree to the following.
 

1. About Our Chocolates
• OSCAR specialises in handcrafted artisanal chocolates made fresh in small batches.
• As each piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, or finish are natural and part of their charm. All products are subject to availability.

2. Placing an Order
• Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.
• Please allow a minimum of 3 days’ notice for all orders, as our chocolates are made fresh to order.
• For custom designs or large orders (more than 15 boxes / items), kindly contact us in advance so we can advise on availability and timelines.
• In rare cases such as stock limitations or pricing errors, OSCAR reserves the right to amend or cancel an order. Should this happen, a full refund will be issued promptly.

3. Prices & Payment
• All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD), unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may be updated from time to time, but confirmed orders will always be honoured at the price paid.
• Payment can be made using the options available at checkout.

4. Ingredients & Allergens
• Our chocolates may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, soy, gluten, and others.
• While we handle ingredients with care, we are unable to guarantee an allergen-free environment.
• If you have allergies or dietary concerns, please consider this carefully before placing an order.

5. Storage & Enjoyment
• Due to Singapore’s warm and humid climate, refrigeration is required to maintain quality, appearance, and freshness of chocolates.
• Please refrigerate chocolates immediately upon receipt.
• Store chocolates in an airtight container in the refrigerator, away from strong odours.
• For the best flavour and texture, allow chocolates to rest at room temperature for 10 to15 minutes before enjoying.
• For the freshest experience, our chocolates are best consumed within 3 days, fresh is always best.

6. Delivery & Self-Collection
• Delivery dates and times are provided as a guide and may vary due to weather, traffic, or courier arrangements.
• Ice packs and an insulated bag are included with every delivery to help keep your chocolates comfortable on their journey.
• As Singapore’s weather can be unpredictable, we kindly ask that someone is available to receive the order promptly and place it in the refrigerator as soon as it arrives, so your chocolates stay at their very best.
• Please ensure delivery details are accurate. OSCAR cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
• Once your order has been delivered or collected, responsibility for the chocolates passes to the customer.

7. Chocolate & Heat Care
• Chocolate is naturally sensitive to heat and environmental conditions.
• Changes such as melting or bloom may occur if chocolates are exposed to heat after delivery or collection.
• We recommend immediate refrigeration to preserve quality.

8. Refunds, Returns & Replacements
• As our chocolates are freshly made and perishable, all sales are final.
• If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos.
• We’ll review the situation carefully and do our best to make things right.

9. Cancellations & Changes
• Requests for cancellations or changes must be made within 24 hours of placing your order and are subject to approval.
• Customised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded once production has begun.

10. Our Content
• All content on the OSCAR website, including images, text, logos, and designs, belongs to OSCAR.
• Kindly do not reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.

11. Liability
• OSCAR shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the purchase or consumption of our products.
• Any liability will be limited to the value of the order placed.

12. Governing Law
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
